Practicing as an advocate in Bangalore, she is having experience of more than a decade in various field of Law, such as Civil, Criminal and Family Laws and being equally effective in handling cases related to Land Laws and Service Matters. She also has huge experience in documentation, drafting and several other legal aspects. Apart from these, she also specialises in handling matters before the tribunals such as NGT and DRAT.

Currently, she is also functioning as the Legal Advisor for Anekal Planning Authority, Anekal; and as well as giving legal advice on critical issues to several banks, offices, and institutions. She is also handling several cases in the High courts and tribunals at Chennai, Delhi, and Mumbai.

Committed to providing accurate, timely and effective legal advice to her clients, she is also involved in giving authoritative advice to clients and representing them in the court and also responsible for coming up with practical and innovative solutions to the needs of the clients by having a thorough and commercial approach to legal matters, committed to providing accurate, timely and effective legal advice to the clients, along with advising colleagues on all legal matters, suggesting courses of action.

She has huge expertise in shaping her client’s expectations on what can be realistically achieved and advising them on their legal rights and obligations while focusing mainly on speedy and fair dispute resolution, through client meetings. She has also managed to settle huge number of family disputes through mediation, especially in the family court at Bengaluru Nyaya Degula, Chennai and Bombay.

Possessing the ability to convincingly present a case in the court of law, she has good knowledge in all forms of legal practice as well as understanding of contracts, government regulations, IPR, patents etc. Having the ability to balance priorities and co-ordinate work effectively, she believes in giving back to the society in all forms she can as she believes it always “One for all – All for one”.

Santosh is a practicing advocate at the High Court of Karnataka at Bangalore, who is having an experience of almost 10 years. Apart from taking up various type of matters throughout the various courts across the country, he is also experienced in handling matters before Tribunals and as well as Quasi-Judicial authorities. His areas of expertise lie in Corporate and Commercial Laws, Insolvency Laws, Cross Border Tax Laws, White Collar Crimes, Arbitration Laws, Administrative Laws, to name a few.

He has huge expertise in giving legal advices to individuals, corporate bodies, Firms, Societies, town planning authorities, real estate agencies and such many. Documentation reading and drafting are one of his main areas of strengths and he is a firm believer who believes that you should not speak about your work, but your work should speak for you.

Pavan Kumar is a young, energetic, dynamic advocate, who is passionate about researching in various fields of law. Having completed his Master’s, specialising in Taxation from the India’s most prestigious law school, the O.P Jindal Global Law School, he was always inclined academically from a very young age. Along with other recognitions, he was awarded the B.M.Sreenivasaiah Meritorious Student Award, from his erstwhile college, B.M.S College Of Law, for securing the highest marks in B.A. LL.B. He has also been awarded with the prestigious B. S. Narayan Academic Excellence Award for his overall achievements, from the B.M.Sreenivasiah Educational Trust.

He holds Certification in; Energy Law from NLSIU; Alternative Dispute Resolution from Bangalore Mediation Centre; Certification from International Law Institute in International Trade Law and as well as a Global Certification from ICCE in association with UNFCCC. Having interned under Dr. Gubbi Subba Rao in his Chambers, Dr. Gubbi’s House of Justice, he has also contributed as a Research Associate, to the yet to be published book titled “Private International Law”. To add knowledge and wisdom, he has interned under several Senior Advocates during his College Internship days and in several Judicial Chambers at the High Court of Karnataka under the guidance of the Hon’ble Justices. His numerous certificates of appreciation speak for themselves.

He is having around 31 plus publications in national and international journals in his name and as well as written several blogs too. His areas of practice cover Direct & Indirect Taxes, Maritime Law, Private International Law, International Trade Law, Environmental Law, Commercial Arbitration Laws, to name a few. He believes we should always give back more than what we receive and hence, through his knowledge and experience, he wants to be of service to the society and achieve greater heights in the field of law.
